Title: Respiratory Therapist

Location: Westerville, OH and Brighton, MA

Description: Responsible for all respiratory care related duties including but not limited to assessments, set-ups and follow-ups for CPAP, BiPAP, and ventilator machines.  Includes some visits to patient homes when necessary.

Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Westerville, OH and Brighton, MA
Description: Responsible for directing, coordinating, and managing all patients referred to the company for equipment care, ensuring all patient orders are distributed to the appropriate individual for action, and processing all paperwork to facilitate the billing and shipping process. Includes calls to patients for refilling their supplies.

Title: Billing and Collections Representative

Location: Westerville, Ohio

Description: Responsible for completing the billing process and distributing billing information as well as collection calls.
